Investors Lending is expanding in most major cities in California and Florida.
We are now seeking licensed top producing independent loans officers that want to earn a bigger piece of the pie, and can work from home or their commercial office. Commission splits up to 90% are available (with a minimum of $495 per loan payable to ILG) for experienced loan officers. Combo loans closed concurrently on same property are considered one loan as far as the minimum fee. All compensation is paid on a 1099 (i.e. independent contractor) basis.
