Investors Lending Group is a mortgage broker serving mid to high-end borrowers and business owners. The company was incorporated in July 2003 by the Bill Eatock, President & CEO, who has been in the mortgage industry since 1999, and the real estate industry since 1984.

During 2004 & 2005, Investors Lending had its greatest growth in the high end market in such cities as Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Miami, & Orlando. Investors Lending is currently expanding in key urban markets throughout California and Florida broadening its loan origination footprint.

Investors Lending has established itself as a premier mortgage broker on the west and east coasts in some of the fastest growing regions in the United States. Investors Lending continues to maintain its core values and philosophy, while continuing to provide honest quality service, which has earned it a significant referral and repeat business base.

At Investors Lending Group, we believe that there is more to mortgages than just getting the transaction closed. The loan must work for the client for up to 10 years down the road.
