Investors Lending markets on the internet by targeting its lending areas, offering mortgage products and consulting services. Due to quality of service provided by Investors Lending, a vast majority of business originates throught repeat and referral customers.
Loan Products
Investors Lending primarily focuses on:
- A+ / Alt A / A- jumbo loan products with no income verification, stated income, interest only products, and all fixed rate and adjustable.
- FHA financing for borrowers with FICO scores under 580 up to 97% loan-to-value (provided through our affiliate company, Mortgage Partners).
- Factoring & Business Loans for accounts receivable and merchant financing.
Secondary Market
Investors Lending primarily brokers loans to banks and other lending institutions. With volume brokering, the borrower can realize the same pricing offered by direct bank financing. When appropriate and when pricing is adequate, the company funds loans under its own name, utilizing its warehouse lines of credit, then sells loans on a flow basis into the secondary market.
