“Improve your credit by repairing your credit reports legally and affordably with Lexington Law™, the most trusted provider of credit repair solutions in America.”
Why credit report repair?
In spite of what those tell you in the credit system (i.e. your creditors), you have a right as a consumer of accurate credit reporting. You also have a legal right to dispute any credit item on your credit report that you feel may be inaccurate, untimely, misleading or unverifiable (questionable items). If a credit bureau can't verify the accuracy of a disputed item, the credit bureau is required by law to remove the item from your credit report.
The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) gives you the right to accurate credit reporting. Exercise that right by having your questionable credit items either verified as accurate or removed from your credit reports according to the law.
Why hire a law firm?
There are many companies that provide credit repair services, but why should you put your trust in them. You must have confidence in those whom you place your trust when it comes to such important matters as your credit. By retaining an attorney to prove you with legal representation, which the credit repair services do not provide, you have someone that is bound by a code of ethics that require them to represent your best interest interest when it come to credit matters. Such a legal advocate can have a profound effect on the outcome of your case to obtain credit items removed. An attorney can call on every means possible to obtain positive results for those clients.
With the lawyers of Lexington Law on your side, you will have a true advocate for your rights-someone who cares about you and your situation, and will work very hard to help you reach your credit goals.
Why Lexington Law?
While the process of repairing credit reports should be easy to do on your own, getting results can be difficult, time consuming, and frustrating (as many of our clients have found). That's where Lexington Law comes in.
Since 1991, Lexington Law has helped over 400,000 clients improve their credit. Our many years of experience have helped us develop and refine our credit repair services to deliver optimal results - results which assisted our clients in the removal of over over 600,000 items last year alone.
Why act now?
With the tightening of credit by the bleeding lending institutions, lending options for consumers with poor credit continue to be restricted. Having a healthy credit score is paramount now than ever before in getting the credit your desire. When you consider that the only alternative is waiting seven years for derogatory credit items to drop off your credit report, there is no better time to act than the present.
You have an incredible array of rights when it comes to improving your credit, but you must take action in order to excercise those rights and make them work for you.
